Monthly Reading Wrap-Up: June 2019

It was another month with 16 books! I couldn’t believe it when I counted at the end. I don’t count during the month at all. That’s not the point. It’s nice to get through so many of the summer books I’ve been interested in though.

Would anyone be interested in a post about how I read so fast? I know some of it is purely some people are faster readers than others (which isn’t a bad thing at all — some people read 20+ books a month and that blows my mind). But, I do have some tips for choosing reading and how it helps you get further during the day.

I would call that a good reading month having that many highly rated books! My favorite this month was WITHOUT A DOUBT AND EVERYONE SHOULD READ IT: THE BRIDGE KINGDOM.

My not so favorite this month would be Normal People.

WHAT A MONTH.

I can’t believe it’s May.

My sister graduates COLLEGE (yeah, I feel old) this month. My husband’s work-load lightens a bit for the summer. Our babe is growing like a weed. I see promise for an amazing summer ahead!

I had a really great month of reading. THREE 5 stars and FIVE fours stars. That’s a pretty dang stellar time if you ask me.

January 2019 Monthly Reading Wrap-up!

Is it really the end of January already?

Sometimes I look at my day and think it’ll never end, then I realize I need to write my monthly wrap-up and am amazed that it’s already here! Oh how times flies, and oh how I always wish I read more!

I finished a series this month and got around to knocking off some old ones on my TBR. Yay for a good month of choices.

Favorite book: Skyward / King of Scars
Least favorite book: Evermore
